Hello! I am a 17 year old star student who loves to be creative in my music and in my career. I am currently taking the steps necessary to be one of the best teachers in the PNW!

I have been closely in love with music for a large portion of my life. I currently play the euphonium, but I have played the piano, xylophone, and trumpet. I also like mathematics, as I sometimes spend time on my own to study theories and the history of math. Finally, I like to game outside of school, primarily in shooting and other PvP games.

I got into all of these hobbies at a small age. I first learned of my love of mathematics through my parents teaching me at an early age. I fell in love with numbers, and I would write equations with sidewalk chalk while others made drawings. My love of music came naturally, as I found myself in love with various genres of music. Because of this, when I was only in elementary school, I learned how to play the trumpet. My love gaming came from a birthday present of a DS when I was 6. I loved to play Super Mario Bros., and that slowly turned into the love of games that I have today.

The reason why I want to be a math teacher is because of how needed it is in our current society. Teachers are in high demand, so by using my empathy and knowledge of math, I want to make the learning experience fun and engaging for future generations. I don’t just want to be a run-of-the-mill teacher. I want to be able to make a difference in this underappreciated and underpaid community.

Currently, my life is mostly just getting scholarships and preparing for college. I’ll compose music here and there, but for now, it’s crunch time for everything before college begins and I set off in adult life. I’ll be using this blog as a way to share my experiences with the world, so stay updated!
